I spent seven fantastic years at Pride Promotions, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The company excels in fostering a positive, collaborative work environment where professional growth is a priority. The leadership team is supportive and invested in employee development, offering opportunities for advancement. The team culture is exceptional, with a strong sense of mateship and togetherness. Overall, Pride Promotions has been an amazing place to work, and I’m grateful for the experience.

Been with the company nearly two years and since starting with Pride Promotions there hasn't been a day where I haven't looked forward to coming to work everyday. The people, culture, energy, enthusiasm and drive that comes with the job on a day to day is so motivating and refreshing.

After working for Pride for over 2.5 years I can say it is honestly a fantastic company. In terms of support these guys did so much for me when it came to development inside and outside of the office. I've built some amazing friendships and had some incredible experiences through Pride. The thing that they do really well is invest in their staff and education. If you want to learn and excel they will provide you with the tools to do so. Also got to give a massive shout out to Ben, he's an incredible boss who really has his staffs best interest at heart and will help them be successful if they are willing to put in the effort to make it happen!

So happy to have spent the last 6 months as part of pride. Such a fab marketing company run by truly good people. The skills I’ve been able to develop as a young person coming out of uni have been invaluable. It’s also the perfect place to meet friends for life if you’re new to Australia!

Such an amazing place to work! Not only did I learn the art of sales, but I had the opportunity at such a young age to manage and lead sales teams, travelling both domestically and internationally for work, giving me invaluable skills that have given me a major advantage in my life since. The other major separator of Pride and other jobs is the amount of personal development received. It's a massive culture of supporting the wellbeing of all employees to ensure we are bringing the best version of ourselves every day which is so important to any job.
